Karin will be presenting “Using Social Media to Enhance Customer Relationships & Increase Sales.” Two presentations times are scheduled, the first at  8:50 – 9:50 AM and the second from 9:55 – 10:55 AM. During this for credit course, Members will learn how to:

  • Distinguish reality from excuses to determine if, when and how to use social media for business.
  • Apply the 4 social media essentials to stay “healthy” as a business and individual.
  • Use tactics in popular social tools such as Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter.
